  From the photos, I can see multiple molars with obvious dark/brown areas and holes in the chewing surfaces, particularly the back teeth. These are very suspicious for dental cavities (caries), and some look fairly deep. However, a photo cannot tell whether the decay has reached the nerve/root, so an examination plus dental X-rays is important before deciding between a filling, root canal, or extraction. If the pulp is infected, root-canal treatment may be needed; a badly weakened root-treated molar often needs a crown afterward.
